Monnaies locales et identités. Le cas du monnayage colonial de la Nîmes augustéenne

Abstract : Nemausus is well known as a favourite city of Augustus and one of the leading cities of Gallia Narbonensis at the beginning of the Empire. The aes coinage of Augustan Nemausus is studied as an expression of the multiple identities of the city at that time. Nemausus, a very peculiar colony, produces an equally peculiar coinage.
